Returns & Refunds

Our commitment to your satisfaction with easy returns and transparent refund policies.

30-Day Return Policy

We want you to love your DecoreDiv purchases. If you're not completely satisfied, you may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Eligibility

Items Eligible for Return:

  • Furniture in original condition and packaging
  • Home decor accessories unused and in original packaging
  • Lighting fixtures unused and in original packaging
  • Textiles (rugs, pillows, curtains) unused with tags attached
  • Wall art and mirrors in original condition

Items NOT Eligible for Return:

  • Custom or personalized items
  • Final sale or clearance items (clearly marked)
  • Items damaged by misuse or normal wear
  • Bedding, bath items, or personal care products (for hygiene reasons)
  • Plants or perishable items
  • Items purchased more than 30 days ago
  • Items without proof of purchase

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • In original, resaleable condition
  • In original packaging with all components, hardware, and documentation
  • Free from pet hair, odors, stains, or other damage
  • Accompanied by original receipt or proof of purchase
  • Returned within 30 days of delivery date

How to Return Items

Step 1: Initiate Return

Contact our customer service team at 1-800-DECOREV or [email protected] to initiate your return. Please provide:

  • Order number
  • Item(s) you wish to return
  • Reason for return
  • Photos of the item (if claiming damage or defect)

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization

You'll receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and prepaid return label via email within 24 hours. Returns without an RMA number will not be processed.

Step 3: Package Items

  • Pack items securely in original packaging when possible
  • Include all accessories, hardware, and documentation
  • Attach the prepaid return label to the outside of the package
  • Include a copy of your receipt and the RMA number inside the package

Step 4: Ship Items

Drop off the package at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup. We recommend keeping your tracking receipt until your return is processed.

Refund Processing

Once we receive your returned item(s):

  • Items will be inspected within 2-3 business days
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method
  • You'll receive an email confirmation when your refund is processed
  • Bank processing time may take an additional 3-7 business days

Return Shipping Costs

  • Defective or Incorrect Items: We provide a prepaid return label at no cost to you
  • Customer Preference Returns: We provide a prepaid return label, and a $15 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund
  • Large Furniture: Special freight return arrangements may apply with additional fees

Exchanges

We gladly accept exchanges for different sizes, colors, or styles of the same item (subject to availability). To process an exchange:

  1. Contact customer service to verify availability of desired item
  2. Follow standard return process for original item
  3. Place new order for desired item
  4. We'll refund the price difference if the new item costs less
  5. You'll need to pay the difference if the new item costs more

Store Credit

As an alternative to refunds, you may choose to receive store credit for the full value of returned items. Store credit:

  • Never expires
  • Can be applied to future purchases
  • Is transferable (can be given as gifts)
  • Cannot be redeemed for cash

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] or 1-800-DECOREV. Include photos of the damage and your order number. We'll arrange for return pickup and expedited replacement at no cost to you.

For damaged items, do not attempt to use or install the product, as this may void your return eligibility.

Holiday Return Policy

Items purchased between November 1 and December 25 have an extended return period until January 31 of the following year, giving you extra time for holiday returns.

Design Service Refunds

Design consultations and services are non-refundable once completed. However, if you're not satisfied with your consultation, we'll work with you to address your concerns or provide additional guidance at no extra charge.
