We make every effort to display product colors, dimensions, and features as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your device's display will accurately reflect the actual product colors. Dimensions and specifications may vary slightly due to manufacturing tolerances.

3.2 Pricing

All prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. Prices shown do not include applicable taxes, which will be calculated at checkout based on your shipping address. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors at any time.

3.3 Product Availability

Product availability is subject to change. In the event an item becomes unavailable after purchase, we will notify you promptly and offer a full refund or suitable alternative.

4. Orders and Payment

4.1 Order Acceptance

All orders are subject to acceptance by DecoreDiv. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, product unavailability, or errors in product information.

4.2 Payment Terms

Payment is due at time of order placement. We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and other payment methods as indicated on our website. You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees and applicable taxes.

4.3 Order Modifications

Orders may be modified or canceled within 2 hours of placement, subject to processing status. Once an order enters our fulfillment process, modifications are not possible.

5. Design Services

5.1 Consultation Services

Design consultations are provided by licensed interior design professionals. Recommendations are based on professional expertise but final decisions remain with the client.

5.2 Design Service Terms

Design service fees are non-refundable once services have been rendered. Project timelines are estimates and may vary based on product availability and client responsiveness.

5.3 Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate measurements, style preferences, and budget information. Changes to project scope may result in additional fees.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of DecoreDiv or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.

7. User Accounts

If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. You are liable for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

8. Privacy

9. Shipping and Risk of Loss

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DECOREDIV SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, WHETHER ARISING FROM CONTRACT, TORT, OR OTHERWISE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR OUR SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
