Everything you need to know about our shipping policies and delivery options.
Shipping Zones & Rates
Continental United States: We offer free standard shipping on orders over $199. Orders under $199 have a flat shipping fee of $29.99.
Alaska and Hawaii: Shipping rates calculated at checkout based on weight and dimensions. Additional fees may apply for oversized items.
International Shipping: Currently, we do not offer international shipping. We only ship within the United States and its territories.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Custom or made-to-order items may require additional processing time, which will be clearly indicated on the product page.
Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST on Friday will be processed on the following Monday.

Standard Delivery (5-7 business days)

- Signature not required for packages under $500
Expedited Delivery (2-3 business days)
- $49.99 for all orders
- Available for in-stock items only
- Signature required for all packages
Express Delivery (1-2 business days)
- $89.99 for all orders
- Available for in-stock items only
- Available in select metropolitan areas
- Signature required for all packages
White Glove Delivery
- Available for furniture items over $1,000
- $199 delivery fee
- Includes unpacking, assembly, and placement
- Removal of packaging materials
- Scheduled appointment required
Large Items & Furniture
Large furniture items and pieces weighing over 150 lbs require special handling:
- Delivered via freight carrier
- Curbside delivery included
- Inside delivery available for additional fee
- Customer must be present to inspect items upon delivery
- Delivery appointment scheduled within 3-5 business days of shipping
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your package through:
- The carrier's website (UPS, FedEx, or freight carrier)
- Email and SMS notifications (if opted in)
- Your account dashboard on our website
Delivery Requirements
- Someone 18 years or older must be available to receive packages valued over $500
- Apartment deliveries: Packages will be left with building management if available, otherwise a delivery notice will be left
- Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete, including apartment numbers and building codes
- We are not responsible for packages stolen from unattended locations
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. We'll work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your order promptly.
For packages showing as delivered but not received, please check with neighbors, building management, and all possible delivery locations before contacting us. We'll investigate with the carrier if the package cannot be located.
Special Circumstances
Holidays
Please note that shipping times may be extended during major holidays. We'll notify customers of any delays via email.
Weather Delays
Severe weather conditions may cause shipping delays beyond our control. We'll keep you informed of any weather-related delays affecting your order.
Address Changes
Address changes must be requested within 2 hours of placing your order. Once an order has been processed and shipped, we cannot change the delivery address.
